Smooth Smoke is now available in regular format for those who wish to do things the old way or, indeed, for breeders who want to harvest some pollen from male plants. It is a 50/50 Nepalese Highland x Pakistan Chitral Kush ('06 cut) hybrid giving an equal division f both indica and sativa genetics.
Smooth Smoke is a breeze to grow as it has excellent resistance to the cold, high humidity, mold spores and a range of pests that can attack and destroy plants. Plants remain fairly compact as are the dense, resin-covered buds. Flowering times vary between 55 - 65 days with yields being anywhere from average to high depending on conditions as well as the skill of the grower.
The flavour is sweet, creamy, candy-like with the added complexity of red fruits and Kush/hash, musky notes being more apparent in the purple phenotypes. The overall effect tends towards the indica side with medicinal properties that will undoubtedly be developed as both Tropical Seeds and other breeders explore the two phenotypes and exploit its potential in further breeding.
