Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to all 190 different countries, however not all shipping options may be available. Please refer to our Delivery & Shipping page for details.

Is your shipping discreet?

We offer three different packaging options – Standard, Stealth and Extra Stealth.

While Standard packaging retains original breeder packaging, Stealth and Extra Stealth options are fully discreet and nowhere in the package can the name of our site or the nature of the seeds be seen.

How much does shipping cost?

Our rates are very competitive and range from only £2.99 to £9.99 for anywhere in the world!

How long it will take for my shipment to arrive?

Depending on your destination and the shipping option chosen it will only take from 3 – 7 working days for your shipment to arrive from dispatch

Delivery & Tracking

How does your delivery guarantee work?

Like an insurance policy, our stealth shipping guarantee ensures that you will receive one additional shipment at no additional cost if your first shipment is lost in transit. We will also take extra steps to conceal the contents of your package from prying eyes.

Additional terms include:

  • We reserve the right to repackage your seeds if we deem necessary based on the destination or to make them fit within our stealth packaging solutions.
  • Extra Stealth Shipping entitles you to ONE free reship in the event your shipment is lost in transit.
  • The free reship WILL NOT APPLY if you provide us with an incorrect address that results in a lost shipment that is not returned to us.
  • The free reship WILL NOT APPLY if track & trace shows that your package was delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please address any losses at this point with your postal service.
  • The Extra Stealth Guarantee ONLY applies to countries where an online postal tracking service exist (includes USA, Northern Europe, UK, USA, Republic of Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).

Do I get a tracking number with my order?

We offer both tracked and non-tracked shipping options. With tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your shipment throughout its journey.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

With our Extra Stealth packaging option we guarantee delivery to all countries when you choose Tracked and Signed for delivery. This means that should your parcel not arrive, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Our Standard and Stealth options do not provide guaranteed delivery, however it’s extremely unlikely that stealth shipments fail to arrive.

Remember: Orders can be confiscated in the mail. This is the risk that you the customer undertakes when making an order. We are not liable for compensation, damage or loss. See also our Extra Stealth Guarantee.


What payment options do you offer?

We accept most major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), as well as alternative payment methods if and when possible.

Please contact us to discuss the possibility of paying through means other than a credit card.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Our billing is done through an organic gardening supply company. This means there will be no mention of this site, or anything to do with cannabis seeds on your card or bank statement.

Can I pay by Cash or Western Union?

Can I return my seeds if I don’t like them?

Unfortunately we can't offer refunds unless the product is a tracked Stealth delivery and fails to arrive.

Unwanted seeds can be returned within 5 days of receipt under the following conditions

  • Seeds must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Include your order number & the reason for return
  • Place in a padded mailer & ship using trackable mail
  • Free seeds cannot be refunded
  • If you have paid by credit or debit cards refunds can take up to 21 days otherwise 7 to 10 days by direct credit to your bank account less transaction fees.


HAZE reserves the right to substitute the seeds you have ordered with seeds of equal or better quality in order to preserve quality of service.

Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this Section may be imprisoned, fined, or both. Cultivation of Cannabis Seeds is illegal in many countries, so Haze IO only offer the sale of Cannabis Seeds as souvenirs and as a means of preserving Cannabis genetics. Information presented on the Haze IO website and on product packaging is made available for countries that legally permit the cultivation of hemp seeds.

Haze IO are not liable in any way for claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against oneself in connection with any use of products ordered from this website, catalogue, cdrom, or other media.

Haze IO reserve the right to cancel any order made by a customer at any time if they feel that the transaction request may be fraudulent, malicious or likely to harm their organisation in any way. All goods remain the property of Haze IO until payment has been received for them and customers may not insist that Haze IO honour any erroneous pricing or errors in product description.

Haze IO Guarantee: You are buying genuine fresh seeds, we guarantee this and we guarantee you will receive them in perfect condition. The seeds you are buying are the same as you would receive if you walked into any of the seedbanks in Holland but at a lower price.
We do not however guarantee anything else, if you are in a country that permits the cultivation of cannabis we cannot guarantee that the seeds will all germinate, this is risk that you must be prepared to take.
